Terms & Additional Information

Employer Membership term is a 12-month subscription – non-transferable. You’ll be provided with a unique login for your organisation which your HR team can access.

• Dedicated access to a Policy Advisor means you will be provided with a relationship manager who will be your point of contact. We have in house policy experts to provide feedback and answer questions on your workplace policy that support families. We provide additional paid consulting project support to develop a family friendly workplace strategy and to rewrite or introduce parental leave and other workplace policies.

• Member administration support means we can connect you to other member organisations, provide research and supply resource articles to help you build the case for action for supporting families at work.

• APLEN is the Advancing Parental Leave Equality Network. Your Employer Membership automatically includes membership to APLEN events, publications and resources.

Member Network

We encourage members to connect with each other on how their organisation is implementing policies, improving standards and changing culture to be more Family Friendly. We regularly host interactive roundtable events including panel discussions with industry experts as well as member organisations – like yours - to share experiences and innovative ideas for improvement.

We encourage organisations to seek support from within the network as this can save significant time and money when it comes designing and integrating policy and procedures into the workplace.
