The Employer Hub is an interactive digital portal that provides employers with instant access to best practice policy guides and toolkits, the latest market research, thought leadership driven events, an online forum to connect with your member network, an employer focused podcast and more.

POLICY REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT

We will review the effectiveness of existing parental leave, flexible work and other family friendly workplace policies and processes against best practice and minimum standards.

NETWORKING & EVENTS

As an Employer Member, we provide priority access to Parents At Work employer webinars and roundtables with guest speakers and experts. Your employees will also have access to limited work and family live webinars.

Terms & Additional Information
  • Employer Membership term is a 12-month subscription – non-transferable. You’ll be provided with access to our Employer Hub for up five employees.
  • Our policy experts will provide feedback and answer questions on your workplace policy that support families. We can provide additional paid consulting support to develop a family friendly workplace strategy and to rewrite your parental leave and other workplace policies. 
  • Through the Employer Hub, we can connect you to other member organisations, provide research and supply resource articles tohelp you build the case for action for supporting families at work.
  • APLEN is the Advancing Parental Leave Equality Network. Your Employer Membership automatically includes membership to APLEN events, publications and resources.

We encourage members to connect with each other on how their organisation is implementing policies, improving standards and changing culture to be more Family Friendly. We regularly host interactive roundtable events including panel discussions with industry experts as well as member organisations – like yours - to share experiences and innovative ideas for improvement.
We encourage organisations to seek support from within the network as this can save significant time and money when it comes designing and integrating policy and procedures into the workplace.
